PG Soft Malaysia Terms & Conditions – Official Platform Terms of Use

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the PG Soft Malaysia platform, including the website, mobile application, online casino services, Sports Betting, and all related content. This Agreement takes effect from the date you first use the platform.

PG Soft reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via their registered email or in-platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2Eligibility & Registration

To use the PG Soft Malaysia platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of use.
• Residents or individuals lawfully present in Malaysia or in any territory where use of this platform is permitted under local law.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or prohibited persons list issued by a relevant authority.

PG Soft reserves the right to request identity document verification at any time to ensure compliance with eligibility requirements. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary suspension or termination of your account.

3User Account

Each user is permitted to register only one account only on PG Soft Malaysia. Creating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensure that all registration information provided is accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.
• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with anyone.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised or not.
• Notify PG Soft immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

PG Soft will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your account information secure.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the PG Soft Malaysia platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods are as follows:

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. PG Soft reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed RM5,000 per day. All withdrawals must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be processed.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

PG Soft Malaysia offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for members, including a Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, cashback, and a VIP programme. All bonuses are subject to the following specific terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before winnings can be withdrawn. This requirement is typically between 20x and 40x the bonus amount, depending on the type of bonus.
• Validity Period: Bonuses have varying validity periods. Any bonus not used within the specified period will expire automatically.
• Withdrawal Limit: Some bonuses have a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings earned using bonus funds.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while Blackjack and baccarat may only contribute 10%–20%.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active at a time. You may not claim two bonuses simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

6Game Rules

General game rules:

7Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the PG Soft Malaysia platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or other technological tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Money laundering or any financial activity that violates Malaysian law.
• Bonus abuse, including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another individual.
• Threatening, harassing, or acting abusively toward support staff or other players.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
• Colluding or cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live games.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the PG Soft Malaysia platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, designs, text, graphics, icons, images, audio and video clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of PG Soft or our content providers, protected under Malaysian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are permitted to access and use platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, transfer, creation of derivative works, public display, or public performance of platform content without prior written consent from PG Soft is strictly prohibited.

9Liability Limit

PG Soft Malaysia provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• PG Soft does not guarantee that the platform will operate at all times without interruption, errors, or technical faults.
• PG Soft is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• PG Soft's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10Account Termination

PG Soft reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a user account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You have breached any term of this Agreement.
• You have engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity.
• PG Soft is required to do so under the direction of the relevant authorities.
• You have requested self-exclusion.

You also have the right to close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Once a closure request is received, any eligible remaining balance will be returned to you within 5 business days, subject to full compliance with all wagering requirements and identity verification.

11Responsible Gaming

PG Soft Malaysia is committed to responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help you stay in control of your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits according to your budget.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss amount you are comfortable with over a given period.
